Job Description
Oven n Grill, a dynamic restaurant committed to outstanding customer service and top-notch meals, is currently looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR). In this role, you will manage incoming orders, assist customers, and liaise with our kitchen and delivery teams to ensure excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders through phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Address inquiries about the menu and current orders.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
- Keep detailed logs of customer interactions.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order management.
- Proficient communication skills in both Urdu and English are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
