Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle national and international calls.
- Welcome and assist visitors, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain logs of visitors, calls, and attendance records.
- Efficiently file data and update necessary documents.
- Perform reception duties with courtesy.
- Organize documents under HR supervision.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
