Job Description
Fashion Flare, a rapidly expanding fashion retailer, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Clothing store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Addressing and resolving issues related to customer orders.
- Managing complaints with logistics providers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi
