Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift HR Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in recruitment and employee engagement, as well as a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Support the development of HR policies.
- Coordinate engaging employee activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
