Job Description
Kamal Laboratories is actively searching for an experienced HR Manager to oversee our recruitment efforts, manage employee transitions, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding qualified applicants, facilitating employee transfers, maintaining accurate records, and participating in disciplinary meetings, as well as preparing final settlements.
This full-time role demands a strong background in HR management, proficiency in policy development, and exceptional communication skills.
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
