Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at Marsbpo. In this essential role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to selecting the ideal candidates. Your tasks will include building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, proven recruiting experience, and excellent communication skills.
