Job Description
BLMS SMC PVT LTD is currently seeking a qualified RCM Lead to enhance our revenue cycle management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Key responsibilities include leading the revenue cycle team, formulating effective billing policies, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing revenue cycle efficiency.
Ideal applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, possess over 5 years of medical billing experience, have a strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and analytical abilities.
