Job Description
Interact Global is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to enhance our daily Human Resources operations. This role involves managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment, overseeing performance management, and fostering training & development while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee performance reviews and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business along with 4-6 years of HR experience, and a solid understanding of HR laws is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 monthly | Work Location: On-site
