Job Description

Translation Empire is looking for a Knowledge Base Administrator to maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible knowledge base. In this essential role, you will create, organize, and manage content that supports both our employees and customers. You will oversee the uploading and structuring of content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring that all information is well-organized and easily retrievable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of bids is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in platforms such as WordPress or CMS Hub.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Work Mode: Onsite | Shift Time: 12 PM – 9 PM | Location: Sector F DHA 1 Rwp | Salary: Competitive within the market.
