Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a proactive and driven Customer Service Representative with outstanding English communication skills. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, engage with UK clients, and successfully convert leads into valuable surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Leverage CRM tools for effective client management.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
- Identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: Johar Town, 2 PM – 11 PM, 6 days a week.
