Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to oversee system administration, network management, technical support, security, and data management. In this role, you will lead project management efforts, software development initiatives, training programs, and vendor relations, while strategically aligning IT infrastructure with our organizational objectives.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant IT support experience. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Microsoft tools. Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills are crucial. Availability to work in both US and AUS time zones is mandatory.
