Job Description
Vortax LLC is in search of a skilled Cold Calling Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales setting. If you are enthusiastic about cold calling and excel in a dynamic sales environment, this position is ideal for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cold-calling agents to achieve daily objectives.
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls.
- Mentor team members on effective sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping using CRM tools.

- 10% commission on successful deals closed.
