Job Description
Tech Plugin Call Connect is currently in search of a skilled and innovative Transport Manager to lead our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning efficient routes, organizing driver schedules, and providing thorough support to both our customers and drivers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize transportation routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee driver schedules to ensure adequate coverage and regulatory compliance.
- Offer on-road assistance to both drivers and customers as needed.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
- Communicate clearly regarding any route changes or delays.
- Leverage logistics management software for tracking and performance reporting.
