Job Description
Aqua Coders is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional service and timely support. This pivotal role bridges customer requirements with our commitment to production excellence, handling inquiries regarding custom packaging solutions, order processes, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients with quotes, design submissions, and order placements.
- Provide timely updates on production schedules and shipping timelines.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the print or packaging industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
