Job Description
Shift Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Time)
Abacus Outsourcing is on the lookout for enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking candidates to join our International Campaign focused on the UAE Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries and provide accurate information while ensuring top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
