Job Description
ACE Marketing is in search of enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our Call Centre. In this vital role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, address inquiries regarding resorts and packages, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate/O Level/Graduate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
Compensation: Up to Rs40,00.00 per month, including a fixed salary, uncapped commissions, and incentives.
