Job Description
Mac Care is actively seeking dedicated doctors and physicians to join our team as Patient Outreach Specialists for our night shift operations. In this vital role, you will manage inbound and outbound patient communications, assisting with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Handle patient medical data management.
- Process insurance information and secure prior authorizations.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
