Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a prestigious telecom company, is seeking motivated Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidates will possess a professional demeanor while effectively managing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls promptly.
- Accurately resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Efficiently process customer orders and payments.
- Update and manage customer account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the banking sector as a CSR.
- Experience with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
