Job Description
Awami Financial (Private) Limited is excited to announce an opening for Customer Service Representatives who are friendly and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the primary point of contact, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that their interaction with our financial services is seamless and satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails; assist clients with account inquiries; effectively resolve complaints; and consistently meet customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service and excellent communication skills are essential.
