Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a driven Calling Agent to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales calling. We value individuals who excel in engaging with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Respond to incoming inquiries effectively.
- Promote our products and services enthusiastically.
- Keep thorough records of calls and interactions.
- Achieve designated performance targets.
Qualifications: 2 years of relevant calling experience, strong communication abilities, proven sales closing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
