Job Description
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve taking orders, resolving customer issues, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills and a strong desire to assist others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, customer-focused mindset with proficient problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or international sales is a plus.
