YOUR ROLE:

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email communications.
• Effectively convey complex genetic information in an understandable manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues with efficiency.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• ✔ Intermediate proficiency in English.
• ✔ Fluency in English is essential.
• ✔ Basic technical skills (CRM/MS Office).
• ✔ Previous experience in the DME or call center sectors.
• ✔ Familiarity with Immune, Neuro, and CGX topics.

Salary: PKR 30,00 + bonuses + commission.
