Job Description
Sachi Chakki Khidmat is seeking a skilled and confident Female Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Ichhra, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication abilities and at least 1 year of experience in a domestic call center setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a domestic call center.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
