Job Description
Indigo Developers is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee and enhance project cost management throughout the construction phase. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring expenses, managing contracts, and identifying potential cost-saving measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor expenses and enforce cost control measures.
- Manage contracts and address any related issues.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possession of PEC number is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person work required.
