Job Description
Sysinn is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with 6-12 months of experience to become a part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and programs.
The key responsibilities encompass:
- Facilitating recruitment processes
- Onboarding new employees and managing related records
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives
- Maintaining and updating HR databases and policies
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, exhibit strong communication skills, and have a good grasp of MS Office applications.
