Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is seeking an energetic Relationship Officer. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus.
Duties: Manage phone calls, build customer relationships, provide accurate information, and maintain interaction records.
Requirements: 2 years of experience preferred, fluency in English, and proven customer support experience.
Age Limit: 35 years max | Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
