Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently seeking dedicated candidates for the position of Chat & Email Support Specialist. Our operations run 24/7, and we prefer individuals with prior experience in inbound customer service, particularly in US or UK campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Address service inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide assistance to colleagues as required.
- Be flexible with various shift schedules.
Compensation: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month, plus additional benefits.
