Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a committed Night Shift Supervisor to oversee our operations during the night shift at our sheet metal and automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in production management and will report directly to the Night Shift Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all night shift production activities.
- Ensure adherence to production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor employee attendance and uphold disciplinary measures.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and efficiency protocols.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive end-of-shift reports.
Compensation: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month | Employment Type: Full-time
