AK Graphic is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Call Center Agents for the night shift to join our dynamic team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this position, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed product information, and offer exemplary customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
• Deliver precise information regarding products and services
• Maintain and update customer records in our database
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 2-3 months of relevant experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Proficient in English communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
