Job Description
Company Overview: Lunar Furniture is an expanding manufacturing firm specializing in modern furniture and innovative interior solutions. We are currently in search of a dedicated Male Human Resource Executive to enhance our HR operations across both our office and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and manage payroll
- Prepare necessary HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in performance management initiatives
- Act as a liaison between management and staff
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs60,00 – Rs75,00/month
