Job Description
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time and Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for preparing documents, acting as a liaison between departments, tracking requests, recording meeting minutes, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating events, and managing calendars effectively.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess relevant experience, be willing to work night shifts, demonstrate strong document management skills, have proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit excellent communication capabilities.
