Job Description
XenonDev is excited to announce an opening for a Legal Case Support Executive to provide assistance to our UK-based clients within the domestic abuse sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sensitive discussions, handling calls, and maintaining accurate records of communications with the utmost empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls related to legal case work.
- Effectively communicate with UK clients and relevant authorities.
- Maintain detailed and confidential call notes.
- Collaborate with our internal legal team.
