Job Description
Nordica Health Products Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to oversee our receivables and ensure prompt payments from clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking credit accounts, maintaining accurate records, and fostering positive relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee receivables and provide timely updates on aging reports.
- Collect payments from assigned customers efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the MIS department to ensure data accuracy.
- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Perform client confirmations and manage onboarding of new client accounts.
