Job Description
Silver Surgical Complex (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operational challenges of the injection molding machines and ensuring seamless coordination with the maintenance department to resolve issues promptly.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to oversee a team of 20 personnel and be flexible to work both day and night shifts. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector is required. We value commitment, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
