Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Financial Controller to manage financial operations within our Home Health Care organization. The incumbent will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash-flow management.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow oversight.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance financial controls and processes.
- Deliver timely analyses and recommendations to support organizational growth.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, strong analytical skills, proven finance experience, and proficiency with financial software.
