Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service & Order Coordinator to manage customer inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, complaint resolution, and sales support for a manufacturing environment. Key duties include responding to calls and emails, entering orders into ERP/manual systems, liaising with production/warehouse teams, maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and collecting market feedback.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s from a reputable Karachi university; strong English and Urdu communication.
- Skills: MS Office proficiency, multitasking under pressure, customer-oriented attitude; prior customer service experience preferred.
- Other: Full-time, in-person; salary Rs50,00–60,00/month; must commute independently. Professional appearance expected (burqa/abaya welcome).
