Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks a formal, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to maintain store standards and visual merchandising, conduct shop rounds, handle receiving and returns, label pricing and departments, and support promotions and book fairs. The role requires following Shop Manager directions, managing housekeeping and displays, monitoring best-sellers, engaging customers, and driving sales, acquisition, and retention. Candidates must be punctual, adaptable to transfers, and able to update displays as instructed.
- Requirements: prior experience as a sales consultant, intermediate (secondary) education.
- Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, client needs assessment, charismatic demeanor.
- Employment: full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs.35,00–40,00/month (12-hour shift) or Rs.30,00/month (10-hour shift).
