Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations across clinical studies. The role conducts audits, monitors corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), performs root-cause analysis, reviews trial documentation, and supports quality systems to maintain inspection readiness. The Associate will collaborate with study teams to improve processes and address findings promptly.
- 1–3 years’ experience in clinical research quality assurance
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Experience with CAPA and root-cause analysis
