Job Description
We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage order processing, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and customer service teams to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and update systems.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS/ERP systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset; commitment to meet KPIs
