Job Description
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Specialist to join a leading client team. The role involves configuring and managing multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app); designing and implementing real-time triggers; integrating RT-CDP audiences into workflows; and setting up offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules. The specialist will also perform QA and testing and monitor and optimize live journeys.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration, proven experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution, familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation, and strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
