Job Description
ABS International seeks dedicated full‑time, in‑person customer support representatives for our US operations in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal (Block 13‑C), reporting directly to our US headquarters. Shift: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. Role: 100% non‑sales support (inbound/outbound) using Salesforce and HubSpot. Compensation: base PKR 40,00–50,00 plus performance incentives up to PKR 20,00+, PKR 3,00 attendance bonus; reliable performers commonly earn PKR 65,00–75,00. Internal promotions available.
- Required: fluent English with a neutral/American accent (non‑negotiable)
- Preferred: 6+ months international BPO/CSR experience
- Please confirm prior call center experience and night‑shift availability
