Job Description
WBM Technologies is seeking a Motor Winding Technician for a full-time role in Lahore (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). Salary: PKR 40,00–50,00. Applicants should have technical training or equivalent experience in motor winding and industrial motor repair.
- Responsibilities: diagnose faults, rewind single- and three-phase motors, disassemble and inspect windings, replace coils, bearings, and insulation, test motors, maintain tools, and comply with safety and quality standards.
- Qualifications: expertise in copper winding, insulation and testing methods, ability to read wiring diagrams, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication.
