Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a professional Deal Closure Executive to verify leads, present services, and independently close sales. The role requires outbound calling, accurate customer verification, clear product presentations, and collaboration with the team.
- Requirements: strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, confident, results-oriented; sales or call-center experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month plus incentives.
- Shift: Night, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Full-time, in-person.
