Job Description
The Citizens Foundation seeks an Outreach Associate to manage donor relationships by handling high-volume calls and emails, updating the donor database (Salesforce), coordinating with cross-functional teams across country portfolios, routing inquiries appropriately, and supporting fundraising targets.
- Quickly learn call scripts and Salesforce; maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years of relevant experience. Full-time, in-person role.
