Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Executive to manage CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billing and collections. The role issues CAM invoices via the CRM to residents and owners, monitors recoveries, tracks defaulters, and produces recovery and variance reports. The position also maintains payment records, supports CAM reconciliations, coordinates CRM enhancements and testing with the Tech team, identifies billing discrepancies, and achieves monthly KPIs.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in accounts, billing, or property management
- Proficient in Excel; strong communication skills; familiar with CRM/ERP
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
