Job Description
H‑Verse seeks a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Executive to provide professional customer service and drive sales. You will greet and assist customers, assess needs, present product information, recommend and upsell items, and handle transactions, returns, and complaints with care. Maintain a clean, well-merchandised store environment, manage inventory, and restock shelves. Develop strong product knowledge, monitor market trends and competitors, and support promotions and sales initiatives. Collaborate with colleagues during peak periods, document customer feedback, maintain accurate sales records, and strive to meet or exceed KPIs. Salary Rs60,00–Rs70,00/month. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
