Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electricians and technicians in operations, shutdowns, and emergency response. The role requires supervising, training, motivating, and scheduling staff while ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems (PLC/SCADA, VFDs, motor controls, HT/LT power, and control panels) to minimize downtime.
- Enforce applicable Pakistan safety codes and company SOPs; deliver safety training.
- Troubleshoot systems; support installations and commissioning.
- Maintain logs, reports, budgets, and spare parts inventory.
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology and 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/FMCG (Food & Beverage preferred). Full-time, on-site. Compensation: Rs70,00–75,00/month.
