Job Description
Bali 4 is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative for our ACA campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Night shift: 7:00 PM–5:00 AM.
- Responsibilities: make outbound calls to verify and update customer information, follow call flows, enter accurate data, and maintain a professional, customer-first approach.
- Requirements: 2–6 months ACA or call center experience, strong spoken and written English, basic computer skills, effective listening and persuasion, must be at least 18 years old and available for night shifts.
