Job Description

Star Fabrics seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and optimize HR operations. The role oversees policy administration, recruitment and selection, hiring process improvements, HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), attendance and payroll oversight, HRIS and employee database maintenance, grievance handling, exit interviews, and timely responses to employee requests.

• Set objectives for the HR team and review departmental budgets
• Require Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources (or equivalent) with 8–10 years’ HR experience
• Full-time, on-site position; Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00/month
