Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead territory sales, expand revenue, and manage distributors and key accounts. The role directs field teams, implements promotions and trade programs, conducts market research, and coaches regional sales staff to meet performance objectives. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring strong territory management and disciplined sales process skills.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years in the sugar industry or FMCG with demonstrated sales leadership.
- Core duties: distributor oversight, key account development, promotion execution, and team coaching.
